Pablo Zabaleta confirmed if all the players at Manchester City will still be welcomed with open arms the return of Carlos Tevez.
Carlos Tevez is a rebellion by Mancini refused to play last September as a late substitute in the Champions League, failed to deal with another club when the winter transfer window in January.
